Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
The health and safety of our customers is of utmost importance to us. The evolving situation due to COVID- 19 has likely led to questions around event status and the impact on the delivery of experience packages. We are operating in an extremely fluid environment and will endeavor to keep you informed with information as it is share from our Event Partners.
What We Are Doing
QuintEvents is monitoring the situation in collaboration with our Event Partners. We are closely following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health officials. Event Status Updates & The Impact
Should an event be cancelled or postponed, QuintEvents will follow the guidelines laid out in our customer agreement and work diligently with our suppliers and Event Partners to minimize the impact to our customers.
What You Can Do
Stay informed via reputable sources like the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC. We encourage all to follow the best practices as outlined by the CDC, which include washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (if soap and water are not available, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer); avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands; and avoid close contact with people who are sick. We would also encourage you all to limit close, physical contact with others (including shaking hands). Click here to learn more about the CDC recommendations.
